Was working perfectly fine before until now I am failing to login and it's just saying "could not validate application " don't know what's wrong now. There is no enough information on the mini statement. CABS has to improve on that.

I unistalled it after it was failing to log in. It kept on processing log in and couldn't get into the system. Now as I try to install it again, the hustle is unbearable as it keeps giving errors. Balance enquiry charges on the App are unreasonably HIGH and you get 2 different figures after inquiring. The Cabs IT department needs to do something about this.

The app is improving from yester year attaining easy accessibility of functions. I wish to see all functions which are accessible on USSD appear on the app as well, like the Credit button.

It's a good app, but for some reason, it doesn't work on wifi. It works well on mobile data, though. Improvements can be made. For example, when doing a transfer where it requests a phone number, the app could include the option to pick the number from the phonebook. Also, I would like to be able to save the accounts I transact regularly so that I can pick them easily.

This is a very good app but freezes so often, most of the time you have to uninstall and reinstall it so that you are able to use it. There is need for improvement so that it works all the time once installed. I like the pdf Proof of payment.

Okay. So it's a great app, no doubt. But I have a question, why am I not allowed to do a screenshot of my own transactions? I want a POP and a screenshot of my transactions. If you say I can't do a screenshot then do like CBZ, let me receive an email with proof of payment for every transaction that I do. Or do like FBC, whenever I transact can I at least be able to download a PDF of the POP? Please assist. A proof of payment is necessary

Good App. Great improvements from the previous version on both the interface and functionality. However the feature of blocking taking a screenshot is a serious drawback, I'm not sure what security you are trying to safeguard by preventing a screenshot but I think it outweighs the benefits, If I make a transfer to anyone, they want a POP that shows all details not the conformation text of deduction that follows on my phone and because of that feature I can't take that POP. So whenever I make a payment to people who insists on POPs, I'm now forced to use the USSD code instead. Please do something about that.

1. App doesn't auto refresh account balance. It makes you pay for it which is inconvenient. 2. The app should offer options to request a full statement for both RTGS and MasterCard accounts, sent to email. 3. The app doesn't let you contact the bank from within the app. 4. The app should offer the option to either do an RTGS or Zipit transaction instead of using the zipit option only.

The app is giving rooting detected, I have flashed the phone and used other app like SuperSu which are supposed to clear the Rooting (unroot) but No change. I have all other App running well except this app.This is problem that need rectifying. Can you look into it for our confidence and convenience for transacting.

This app is daylight robbery at its best. For one thing, you log in and see no balance. You first have to "refresh" and ZWL1.50 is gone. After any transaction, instead of refreshing on its own, it still maintains that original balance. If you intentionally or accidentally refresh it, another ZWL1.50 is gone! I uninstalled it with a speed that can compete at Olympics!
