the update is awful I collect a specific vintage brand and have seen all the previous listings so I use the newly listed option to JUST see the new listings so I don't have to scroll all the way through. New listings are no longer at the top? It's all shuffled and forces me to scroll. This is horrible. I missed some listings entirely. I only found out since I checked the account of a seller I follow. The item was LISTED under the brands name and didn't pop up when I searched it. Awful plz fix it

Won't let me purchase when I enter my card, happened more than once. Went to try everything until I used gpay then finally explained seller was on vacation when they sent me the offer. Why not just have that appear in the first place instead of going through hoops because it will say "sorry try again later" I kept getting that error instead of the one time it said seller on vacation. Update 2 : they fixed the suggested error I will update my rating from 1 to 4 stars

I've been selling items on this app for years, and I would say nice things, BUT recently, someone had stolen my pics of items that were already sold, used my exact descriptions, (meaning anything wrong with items, any specific markings, etc..) Example; one item was a Billie Eilish rare necklace with a specific tarnish and marking. So, I reported them, and they told me they did nothing wrong. It doesn't take a genius to know that the person did not, and could not have the exact same item.

i really like the app, i use it all the time to buy bags, clothing, dishes, etc. the only thing i would change is i wish i could delete offers once they have expired. that page is quite cluttered and it drives me crazy seeing dozens of expired offers (often for the same item if the seller is particularly desperate to offload it.

After almost 2 years of a Hiatus because of app bugs, I redownloaded it just to, AGAIN, have bugs where this app renders unusable entirely. I have had multiple phones and the best internet and cell service in my area, yet no matter what I do, the app just never loads and constantly has issues. I'm at a loss, or maybe I'm just cursed for life.

Update: now I can't see seller pages. Says something went wrong, check connection and retry. But if they have "other items from this seller" at the bottom I can click those items. Very frustrating!!! Original: I can't access my cart from the app anymore, gives me an error although I've added multiple items. Go online, and shows nothing is in my cart 😑

I sell and buy on this app and for the most part it's good but there are huge coding issues that need to be addressed. if you add too many items to ur cart it will glitch out and not let you view or buy anything from your cart but still allow you to add more items. if that's going to be an issue put a limit on how many things can be added. or at least a pop up that tells u you've reached a limit. because the only way to fix it is the unintsall and re-install the app losing everything

Stuck on a loading loop when it was working fine hours ago, before and after maintenance was over. Reinstalling would mean losing the items I already had in my bag since Depop will not save them. Depop will also not load your bag after you hit a certain amount of items but will never tell you to remove items beforehand. EDIT 12/2024: Still having the same issue despite Depop already knowing about this and instead rolling out UI updates instead of fixing this issue. Ebay is better than this.

Really like the layout and user-friendliness of the app overall, but its very frustrating that you can't just mass send an offer to every liker on an item like you can on other platforms. You have to go through and manually send an offer to each individual liker, which gets very time consuming when a product has a lot of likes. I also wish offers were binding, but if I could change one thing about the app it would definitely be the system for sending offers to buyers.

Update: I contacted the through the app telling them about the filter issue but nothing has changed. Now the "new results" in my saved searches are affected -- either nowhere to be found or not showing up with the sort filters I have set. Super frustrating!! I love this app and the search function filters used to be awesome. However, after the last several updates, search results include all kinds of things outside of the filters which is really annoying!! Please bring back the good search 🙏
