App customer service is worst. no reliable customer care number too

Horrible horrible experience, never ever in my life. Ordered food from an outlet on Wednesday, money deducted, delivery person reached the outlet, but order not received by outlet. Called, messaged customer care more than 20 times, no response. 3 days sine, where is my money??, no response back for thrail, message, call??? Never ever in my life will use this app. If you can't talk or respond to paying customer, youbdont deserve to be in business. Refund my money.
