Compared to the FREE version, I've noticed this one is very sluggish and janky when navigating the app, it's especially noticeable when navigating the menus and zooming in on workouts. The FREE version is very smooth and fluid in comparison. Hope you're able to fix the issue, thanks.

Steve G, 2024-08-28I wish that the app had the programs that the website has! I love the workouts, but I wish I could use the app as a way to keep track of my progress in one of the programs. Thank you for the programs and the app and the insanely reasonable price! You create fantastic workouts and programs!
