| 2023-10-11 |  | | App has been getting worse. Routinely says my information is incorrect when I'm logging in with biometrics. How does one mistype a password when all I need to do to log in is give my thumbprint?? Exactly. You can't. Because the password is tokened and saved by the app so I can easily log in. Stop breaking. Let me log in. Fix your backend. |

Customer service is very good and understanding if a problem occurs no matter how many times you forget your password in a day. Laughing out load. |

| 2022-04-01 |  | | I'm giving this a 1 because when the app is actually working it's pretty good but lately I've had log in issues where I click the app but then I'm met with a blank white screen. I've waited sevens minutes and it doesnt change. I've restarted the app, my phone and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and nothing changes. Hope someone sees this and is able to fix the bug cause its getting really frustrating. |
