I am Very Frustrated! September 20, 2024 the app stopped tracking my progress on the second page. I use Cubii every day and it now says I didn't use it for 3 days! It has always cheated me out of a few up to 100 reps a day, they never fixed that. I am really upset now that it won't keep my progress at all! I do screen shot every day so I know what I have done, this is not ok. I like to keep the running progress over time, 1.5 years. I sent 3 emails and no response. Day 4 no record of progress

Elisabeth Small, 2024-09-23Not syncing, again. It didn't sync at all yesterday 9/20/24 & isn't syncing today. Fix the syncing issues! As much as I like the Cubii machine, I hate the app. I forget when it started but I keep having to go back to them to say that although it keeps track on the main page, as soon as I go to the Progress by Week tab, it's not tracking. The last time the response was "We know. We're working on it." But then it happens again. I don't know what they keep doing to break their own app so often.
