I had to update the date on my card and it's actually impossible to do that on the website as was instructed in their (first) dire, needlessly confrontational letter, so I had to go see if there was an app, and even now it will only let me update the date, no access to the new CVC number. And it won't allow me to delete that card and re-enter it, says you have to have a card on file. And I can't add it as a second card then delete the old one. I literally screamed. Worst UI I have ever seen.

would be nice if the app actually worked and not having to find out after multiple calls at the app is down. also they've got the best scam in town. when you go through the toll if your EZ pass doesn't trigger, you end up paying full price. Not cool!
