Why remove the options if you forget your password? Now I have to call to even get my password resetted and it's the most annoying thing to do.

It's been a week and my wife and i can't access our bank accounts since this app was updated/took over. The phone number does not work and customer service has not gotten back to either of us. I will be considering moving banks if this doesn't get resolved soon.
