| 2024-03-16 |  |  | Absolutely ridiculous app, layout in serious need of an update - very old school. Security not so good. .. the amount of times I need to ring CU to request a new password is ridiculous even though my username and password are CORRECT.. I tried to login twice this morning and now I've received an email to say my account is suspended. Password were correct both times. Whenever I request a passcode to my mobile phone and input this code into the app it replies with "unable to check at this time"! |
