Chatbots suck! I have some emergencies but it takes endless time for the sceleton staffs they have to reply. I'm stuck with 2 Intl payments for almost 24 hours, I have just 1 reply from them in snailspeed. Traditional method of calling and speaking to a customer care person would have saved me much easily.

worst app for credit card payment, most likely you forget to pay bill, because they don't remind via Email Or Sms or WhatsApp, they want you to delay your payment. Also it's very hard to find "What you spend on" on the app everywhere they show the Amount Spent but on Where ? how to find that dark secret, inside inside somewhere they show I am sure. but it should easy na, To check where did you spend with credit Card.

Dear onecard team, In recent time after updating your app. I can't see my transaction before august 2024. Because there is refund amount showing pending before august 2024 but I couldn't see it now. Also I purchase one product on No cost EMI but I haven't received any discount even after my 8th installment. Please respond to my queries and solve it ASAP.

This app has been a terrible experience. After applying for a physical card, the app got stuck in a loop showing "Oh, something is wrong," and I can’t log in or access my virtual card. It’s been over a month, and now it shows my KYC is pending, but I still haven’t received my card. Customer support hasn’t helped at all, and I’m worried about the safety of my personal details. Please fix this immediately.

Having issues logging in to the app. Today suddenly found myself logged out of the app, when I try to log in and get past the enter pan card number stage, the set pin screen appears for only a fraction of a second and I get sent back to enter phone number screen, after few attempts I reach maximum number of attempts for the day. Also customer care on phone provided me a CX support link that takes me to the app which I cannot login to. Stuck in a loop. Tried reinstalling and clearing data and all

Sincerely request staying away. Why? Not a secure application. I have multiple creditcards and work in security domain. I got a fraudulent call who had so much information about my OneCard. I raised complaint with FPL and BOB. They have the same statement to make everytime. There is no data breach from our end. No comments about the incident. No responsibility whatsoever. Complaints closed with the same statement. Update1: The same simple statment over the ticket as well.

Dont install 1. App always updates frequently 2. options gets enabled without knowing, which misleads in few ways while payments. 3. Statements not understandable. 4. Most important thing is useless chat bot. Does not redirects to agent at all. 5. No call centre, 6. Unable to raise a ticket, redirects to same list. As the app not worked on jan 2nd, i just paid with card which charged 590 as the payment exceeded. Option enabled without my knowledge when updated. Update:we can see reviews clearly

Worst experience I have ever faced in my life. I am full feeling all eligibility criteria since 2023 every time when I applied have got my application rejected. Even l emailed several times but didn't get any desirable responses. I received phone calls many times in which the agent shows apologise. But nobody resolved my issues. They replied the emails like copying and pasting the previous messages
