2025-01-17 | Please can we have a widget showing mobile data usage without having to go into the app each time. Also, just for info, it would be nice if the app showed how many minutes we were on phone calls, and how many texts we sent. | ||
2025-01-13 | Very good value. I've had iD for over 2 years now and I love it. The face to face customer service in Curry's has been outstanding for me, my brother and two of my friends, and when I needed telephone support abroad they were just as helpful. The coverage is as good as 3. Shame there are so many bad reviews because I'd recommend this to anyone based on price: I've unlimited data/texts/calls, standard rate calls/texts/30GB data in the EU, £15pm rolling contract. | ||
2025-01-09 | I was told my bill would not exceed £15 in curry's. I trusted and agreed to the contract. Just checked my bill and it's over £15. I'm also disabled so difficult to rectify this. Otherwise you would score more than 1 star. I feel cheated. Again. They said they would cap it in the shop too but they obviously did not. | ||
2025-01-03 | Charged me £41.67 (UK Charge, even though im from the UK) for going outside of my data for a few hours. Surely this "UK" charge should've been made explicit at point of sale seeing how it took my bill from £27 to £91, even after by extra data asap. Disappointed. I think they've pulled the same scam on my son. Has anyone else experienced this? | ||
2025-01-02 | DON'T BOTHER using ID Mobile. At one point I could even buy a monthly deal because their payment system wasn't working and, although multiple customers had the same issue, their customer service (entirely run via webchat) were completely useless, unhelpful and incompetent. That issue continued for 3 days, and the only saving grace was that I spoke to one member of staff who actually wanted to help, rather than wanting to end the discussion. Just check other 1 star reviews and login issues. | ||
2024-12-28 | Dross, would be putting it lightly. It used to be a great app that did everything you might need. Now, I have had to re-register (mistake #1). Then when you do re-register, it doesn't take you into the app (Mistake #2). When I did manage to get into the app the other week, it looked fundamentally the same. iD Mobile have probably lost a massive % of all their reputation in these past few weeks. My advice is for them to revert to the old app ASAP, sack the dweebs responsible for this software. | ||
2024-12-26 | terrible customer service. unclear and misleading fees. billed an extra £100 accumulated in 24 hours, despite buying roaming. I wish I could cancel my contract. unfortunately, I'm tied to them for another 20 months. if I could. I'd give them zero stars | ||
2024-12-24 | On top of network issues where they advertise they have full network, Fails to process direct debit.. then payment via app does not work, then payment via phone does not work and then sends threats via post asking for payment..and obviously makes it hard to speak to anyone about the issues is a standard practice. 2024-12-23 | Updated the app interface for no apparent reason, have a less functioning app. It does less and looks worse than the older version. Can't remember disliking any app update so much. It also just continues to say "Oops, something went wrong". Edit tried again today and weeks on and still fully broken. Think whos "IDea" it was for the new app needs there P45. They have selectivly removed reviews. Last week rating was 2.7 / 5. Today its 4.4 / 5. Will leave ID in 2 months once contracts up.. Avoid | ||
2024-12-21 | Can't log into the app. I've raised a complaint sending screenshots, cleared the app cache, reinstalled, changed email address, nothing works. The complaint response has been appalling, suggesting the same things repeatedly. I'll just have to manage without the app. Rubbish. |
