I purchased additional credits (which from what I can tell is what they consider premium) I have tried to use the app about 15 different times with a variety of different prompts, each time I get an error message saying there is a chat overload. I have not received one output for this app. I put in a support ticket after several days of it not working and it's been 72 hours and I havent heard anything back |
