The support/ staff are very nice and will help you with all your informational needs. They will tell you if what you want is good for your needs(If you tell them what you want to use it for). The prices are a little overpriced, but they make up with it by having lots of sales and best buy only things( which are really good priced). I would recommend getting a pc from best buy because, the pcs are the best thing they are good at. They also sell phones, tablets, earbuds, laptops, keyboards,mouses.
