Where to get the company code?

Too bad! I need to wait for it to load after a 'Please Wait' pop up to make an entry of defect. But it never loads so i exit the app. Then i tried to do a defect entry one more time, 'Please Wait' pops up again. I have to do the entering and exiting the apps for 3-4 times per defect until it doesn't load anymore. Please improve!!
