I woke up this morning to find that my water heater was no longer connected in this app. Now after attempting to reconnect, uninstall/reinstall, I can't even log in to the app any longer and there's no error message to tell me why. It just doesn't advance past the login screen. This is completely broken. Update: Did manage to use this app successfully, though it was extremely cludgey. Be aware that if you upgrade to a newer version of Android OS, you need to load the new Rennai Central app.

Only the basic functionality of the app, meaning turning the circulation on for 5 min, works (most of the times). Other features don't work. The device's home screen doesn't update consistently, status screen doesn't show true status, and timers longer than 5 minutes don't keep the circulation on for the selected time. Scheduling worked for me for some time, but it doesn't anymore. I don't even know how this app still functions with Android, since it hasn't been updated for more than two years!
