This App lost the video or ability to see anyone at my front door since an update by C4 in early 2020 , tried unnstalling the app and reinstalling and removing my device from the Control 4 approved devices and re adding. Control 4 support dont seem to know and no one attempted to contact me which is most dissappointing after email C4 all the logs.

Unfortunately video is no longer visible from my Samsung galaxy note 10+. It used to work fine. Update :several months have passed. I've upgraded my network to araknis equipment, but the issue has not been resolved by control4 or by my dealer

Intercom anywhere stopped working after control4 software was upgraded in Feb 2020. The features for answering calls when someone rings the door station stopped working. The Control4 tech has been to my house at least 3 times trying to solve the problem but keeps getting the run around from Control 4 support. What a waste of time and money.

Adequate, not great. Clunky interface and sometimes hard to quickly answer a call from a door station. Definitely needs a notification option of vibrate only with no sound. The only option now is either an audible sound or no notification whatsoever (aka Do Not Disturb)

App keeps stopping. I sometimes can answer the door. Cant use unless someone has rung the bell - maybe. Not to mention by the time i get to the app the ringing has stopped which means i cant open the app to see who is/was at the door. Just very unstable.

Intercom Anywhere services keeps going offline whenever my internet resets. And I have to keep calling the dealer to reset it. There should be an option where we do it ourselves, not always depending on someone else just to reset it.
