| 2024-08-25 |  | | It's a really wonderful service. Have a little widget on my website and can chat with clients via encrypted text, audio, in video in real time. It even takes messages if you're away. Customer service is responsive. Only drawbacks are: no dark mode and they wouldn't sign a HIPAA BAA even though they say it's HIPAA complaint, so it limits usability for me. But it's a great app, a great service, and very useful for many people. Try it! |

The widget button crashes the app, select AUDIO call on website comes thru as video call, audio message in app does not work and slide to end is not functional.. Tried chat but blocked because it said was in another chat (not correct).. Still not legally compliant as you cannot delete chats and client data. |
