It had to take close to 16 hours, several emails and a call from me for it to be done. I can't recommend such an app especially when in an emergency situation as I was in. I wanted to change my card but it didn't work, so I used the website. Till now they haven't received the money, but it's says paid. you guys toke money from the account, I have been calling and sending messages on instagram but no response. |

I did a transaction and my money was cut 4 times and the transaction was still pending. I called immediately and was told everything will be sorted out . The next day, l was called by one of the staff and confirmed money has been returned to my account and the transaction done. Keep up with the good working spirit. I do highly recommend this service. I have submitted all that was requested from me. Please kindly refund my money ASAP, if you can not complete the transaction. I'm tired already, the recipients are disturbing me for their money.
