2025-01-28	robbie rodgers	As of lately this app sucks. I get error messages and I need access to my bank. The other day I got locked out and had to change my password. Every night it is super glichy. I'm tired of not having access to my account. Please fix it or im close to changing to a different bank.
2024-11-19	Man Lewis	I haven't been able to log in to my account fully in who knows how long at this point. Each time, it tells me that my password is wrong, but it works fine over a browser. The only function that works is the quick access just to how much I have in my accounts
2024-08-23	Cas Tay	This is the worst banking app I have ever had. I downloaded it ever a week ago and still have not seen any of my info. There is an error code every SINGLE time. Switching banks. This is ridiculous.
2024-07-09	Kristine Tadich	Worst app ever. Doesn't work!! Keeps trying to say Communication error and blaming it on internet or data error! Works fine going in through Chrome to log in!. Worked fine at the bank itself!!! You need to fix this app to work right! I like to deposit checks by phone and cant!
2024-02-01	LittleMiss Sunshine	As of Feb 1st 2024 my app will not open. It won't do anything. It continues to give me an error message saying it's unavailable. Even when it will pull up it is EXTREMELY SLOW 🐌. It takes minutes to open instead of opening up like every other app. I've tried everything, including clearing the cache and still to no avail. I'm out of town with no local branches available. I NEED to know how much money is in my account.
2023-11-21	JoAnna Davis	New to the app so I don't know how well everything works so far. But, I cannot use the app if I'm connected to wifi for some reason. I specifically have to use my mobile data, which is inconvenient when I don't have good cell service inside my house.
2023-10-27	Michael Wareing	Very disappointed and not satisfied with the last update. Not being able to deposit my check using the app for the last 2 weeks. Looking at some of the reviews... now it's 10/27 still the same issue on your mobile app. Have installed and un installed the app several times. Take a picture of the check, app crashes and closes out. Been using the app for nearly 3 years no issues, after update issues ever since....
2023-09-08	Tanisha Delaney	Keep having issues with login to check balance and to make transfers. Installing and uninstalling the app doesn't help most of the times. Turning my phone off and on doesn't help. Password reset is constantly causing me to run to the bank.
2023-01-13	Mr. Mystere	This is a review of the app AND ONLY THE APP. The people at the bank are great people and this review has absolutely nothing to do with the employees. Let's get started! What good is an app with a login feature thst doesn't even let you login to set your new password? I just installed this app today so I can check my balance, but I can't do that. FIX THE APP PLEASE!! AND DO NOT SEND ME AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE, I WILL NOT READ IT. I HAVE READ EVERY OTHER REVIEW HERE ALL SAYING THE SAME THING!!!

I did and do like it when it opens but lately it's been totally useless will not open and uninstalling and reinstall does not help sad they are so behind other banks . I like the bank but really need bank with app with mobile deposit (no time to go in) they have it but doesn't matter if you can't get app open
