2024-11-04 | Been banking with them for almost 20 years and the app is okay when it works. The app and online banking go down an unacceptable number of times completely preventing you from seeing your balance or doing transfers. Stop screwing with the access to my money please. Update Nov 4th 2024 the bastards did it again. No app. No website. Can't see or send my money. Nothing was improved. | ||
2024-10-14 | They removed an important element that makes the reports way more vague. For example if I had $1000 and I paid for a $100 bill it would show the $100 charge then right below it it would show you $900. If you were double charged you could easily see another $100 charge with the balance below it of $800. This was super important for me to see which purchases were happening and how each on individually effected the balance of my bank. Now account action is vague and I think that's suspicious. | ||
2024-09-02 | Pretty useless if its going to turn off push notifications on its own, which has happened multiple times over the last few years. Also, turning on each different notice has to be done one by one on a separate screen, so turning them on is a pain. ACTUALLY, now they won't turn on. Transactions only show my balance after on transactions older than 4 days? Not sure why that is. Actually a good looking app but when it fails at the most important part, it's less than useless | ||
2024-07-15 | Simple clean screens. Quick and easy to understand. UPDATE: 7/13/24 The app stopped working. It won't open. I un-installed, reinstalled, still not wproper! UPDATE: 7/15 I figured out that it is an issue with the internet at work not being a protected internet. When I got home and opened it, it opened just fine. The workaround is to turn off Wi-Fi when I am on an unprotected internet and use my 5G to check my account. | ||
2024-04-29 | Having to press the "continue" button after entering the enhanced security one time code at login is a pointless extra button finger tap that could be removed and one time after enabling all account alert notifications in the app they all randomly one day set themselves back to disabled. Also annoying that there is no field in your account summary showing the total combined dollar sum of your accounts like it does on the website version. Other than these issues it's not a bad app. | ||
2024-03-15 | I have had this app for years. Have had alerts, but now the they only come through on email. Now, can't access the fraud account, EasySheild. That's a huge problem. I need to get access on my cell. I can get on with a desktop only. Please fix this. I've called several times and get nowhere. In this time and age, alerts are Paramount. | ||
2024-02-29 | Can't activate new credit card through the app despite paperwork saying you can. No way to register new user, only option is to log in, view privacy statement, find branch/ATM. Not a good first impression. ETA: Tried to register from desktop, got many errors. Called the bank, they couldn't figure out why there is a problem and put in a support ticket. Been over a week, no response. Tried to contact them again and no one has replied. What a horrible bank. 2nd ETA: Canceled card, ticket not found. | ||
2024-02-24 | This app is easy to use and very convenient, however, recently I haven't been able to turn on alerts for withdrawals and card purchases. I've always had those on and idk how they were turned off. When I try to turn them on it says to try back later. Edit: it is now Feb 24th and I still have the same problem. The only reason I have this app is to monitor my account to make sure nobody is making unauthorized purchases. The notifications where the reason I have this. Will delete if not fixed. | ||
2024-02-20 | The app is fast, well-designed, and fairly easy to use. It is somehow better than certain online banks. There are only two issues with it. First, every once in a while, an alert will fail to come through as a push notification. And Second, you can't do external transfers in the app, you have to use the website. | ||
2024-02-16 | Many alerts fail to come thru as texts. Used to get all desired alerts as text msgs, but now only a few. Verified settings, no change there. App is flaky. Worried about missing a critical situation because only app pop up messages seem to come thru. No history is available, either. That's bad for record keeping. Why did app dev make such bad changes? It was better a few months ago, when I could get all alerts as text messages. |
