Have had continuous issues lately. Not syncing transactions, can't log in, oops an error occurred. Why have an app if it doesn't function properly.

For some reason last week, bill pay on App no longer works on my Samsung phone. Deleted App & reinstalled after a couple days, still doesn't work.

The new app has been out for almost a year now. Still can't view credit card balance like the old app, can't pay it either. They add a way to view your credit score, yippy!!! Right now I can't see any of my accounts so I'm just guessing how much is in there. Fingers crossed they fix this before my car payment drains my second savings account and I start missing payments. I'd owe a lot of interest on my credit card if I made the same gamble last year. Can't recommend this bank with these problems

Until recently, the app was working fine. Twice in the last two weeks, it will not let me login. Keeps saying an unknown error occurs when trying to retrieve my accounts. The app is up to date and my login and password is correct. HELP

It wants me to change my password but it doesn't recognize my security info half the time. Then it says come back later bcuz of too many login attempts. The gal at the back set it all up for me when I got it bcuz of these issues. The app sucks!

The new app is TERRIBLE. I feel like I have a Kevin Hart bank account. My direct deposit no longer shows pending the day prior. Transferring funds from checking to savings doesn't happen instantly. Member to member transfer is not a thing anymore and you have to pay a person through bill pay. It also doesn't happen instantly and shows the amount in BOTH member accouns at the same time. It is causing me to want to leave the credit union.

The app, while it is normally convenient, often times does now allow you to log in. It'll says it can't locate you're account, or won't let you log in. Unfortunate.

While I can appreciate the two step authentication portion as new security measure the con's outweigh the pros with the changes they made on the banking app. I've had zero luck with the app recognizing mobile deposits. They eliminated the member to member transfer which worked very seamless and easy between friends and spouse but now that process is more difficult and unreliable. I switched to CCCU for ease of business with banking and since the upgrade its been a lot of headaches.

Upgrades are a downer. 1) When I transfer money between accounts it does not show the transfer until I log out and back in. It used to show immediately. 2) Yhe app used to show my pending paycheck amount but no longer shows this until after the deposit. 3) Yes its colorful and friendly.
