This app. is used by my job. At first I had to get myself familiar with it, cuz it was something new. I like it, it's way better than writing up work orders. I love technology....makes it a lot easier n convenient. and you can send pictures to show the exact description & where. it's on my cellphone which is way better than carrying a bulky note book and Pens.
