This app crashes every time I use it, it asks me to update it, then still runs in the same manner. I know my phone is different than many, but it's still a Samsung and runs the same OS as the galaxy 21, so I can't understand why I have so many crashes. Enough that the Google play app tells me it's a problem. So strange.

Very bad, had nothing but problems with this version , just Uninstaller it, , got to the end of rope ,,,reset password used it,,,, then it rejected it again , done having to redo continously , now have to go to bank which now closes at 4 everybody doesn't get off at 4 . Guess I'll b looking for another bank. With better customer service.

Improvements noticed: The app can now be signed into and used. Snapshot also works, but email notifications still lag and I have yet to get any push notifications, which used to be immediate. (Yes, I checked the settings once the reinstalled app granted me access and they are on.) I still have to wait 3-4 days to get batch transaction notices via email and they are still not in order and hard to understand! Zelle is present in the app now. I have not used it. CashApp is still easier and quicker.

This app need more work I look at may account and it tells me I'm good and then at 1am I'm getting a fee for a over draft and non of my alert notifications was given.

CB is the best bank you can ever deal with. They will go out of the way to help you with anything. I love them all!

This app doesn't work at all. I don't understand why they had to change to a different app the one before worked much better than this one.
