Super annoying! Since November 2024 I can't open the door anymore. App just declines calls and in case I get a call from the French number, it only allows talking to the visitor. In both cases I have to make the trip down from 7th floor to open the door. Please fix your app immediately as it is of no use the way it operates right now!

App has been working fine, suddenly no longer receiving the video call. App is just freezing, unable to navigate through the app. Problem is if they don't ring the buzzer long enough, it doesn't make a voice call!! Please enable VC immediately if your app is down. Has been fine until this past week Please sort as this is a huge pain Update- app is annoying, haven't received a Video notification since December. Yes the app is fully updated. You guys need to sort it out, honestly ridiculous
