If you place an order and forget to scan your app before your card goes through, forget about your points. They'll tell you to go to the website to request points but the next button doesn't let you get past the fill-in form. They have a contact us form but you can't get past the fill-in form there either. Since they don't have a phone number or even an email for customer care, it reflects how bad their management is doing. This is coming from someone who watched their Undercover Boss episode.

I couldn't log into my old account so I had to create a new one. App has bugs that I've had to find roundabout ways to get it to work. Like when I try to check out from mobile ordering I get a message that I need exact funds to pay when I have more than enough on my gift card, but after I exit and go back into checkout I can checkout as normal. In transactions it doesn't show your past orders so if you have a mobile order and exit out of the app you can't look up your order again.
