I've been playing this on and off over the last few years and really enjoy it but reason for only 1 star is because your customer support is a joke I emailed 4 times asking you where the gems are which I PAID REAL CASH for yet didn't get them and wasted over 109 for maximum gems you took the Money but never got the goods and no response from your customer email address so I won't be putting anything else on and if I don't hear within the time scale I'll be showing trading standards and Google

Pretty fun game. The reason it's not 5 stars is that it's more or less a clone of Egg Inc, just with chickens and silos swapped for passengers and boats. That being said it's a formula that works and is a good time killer.
