| 2024-12-28 |  | | If I could give 0 stars I would!! I rated 5 when I first purchased the pro version for a lifetime in 2023. This was the BEST app out there for photo enhancement. Blurries became extremely vivid. The filters were great including the option to control what level I wanted to apply them. Now, in December 2024, all it does is crash. I can't use it & I haven't changed devices. I've emailed devs with no reply. I don't know what you guys did but you entirely broke something that never needed fixed!! |

Emailed support and got a worthless auto-reply telling me to hit the Restore button -- which does not work. No reply to follow up emails, which included proof of purchase. Look at the reviews. When I downloaded Pixelup again it wouldn't allow me to have the full version unless I paid for it again. Although I showed Codeway, the creator of this app, my purchase date on Google Play, they still wouldn't honor the fact that I had purchased a full version. They only replied to me once and did not help. I cannot recommend this app only due to the lack of support and not quality of the app. |

Will re-review if it gets better. Im paying, but trying to switch to a monthly vs 4.99 a week. No help from support. Dtill not sure Ill stick with it for the cost...but it does seem to work. BUT as a paying customer now, WHO ALREADY REVIEWED. I DO NOT need a pop up asking for a review w/ Every single action either! Annoying waste of time. |

Watched an ad and it has no X out button after 30 seconds after 45 and can't hit back button. Gor out of app and back in and it said I now have 2 left. Thought it was a fluke and watched another 30 second ad. No X out. You can't use this app unless you pay monthly. Disappointing and useless |
| 2023-10-15 |  | | I bought a lifetime subscription a while back. I just purchased a new device, and I am unable to restore my previous subscription. I emailed them about it, and I got an auto email basically saying I just needed to press the restore button. The problem is restore seems to be deactivated in the app on purpose. Do not get a lifetime subscription! App works fine aside from that. Update: I email support, and aside from an automated response, I haven't heard from them. Reported them to Google. |

It took over 7 hours every time to NOT process the photo, (it gives a notice that it's working and you can change the app and it will tell you when it's completed.) It never gave notice the photo was complete any time I tried. Then when id go in after 5+h it would ask me to restart (by means it doesn't even seem to remember its working a pic for me?) Didn't work for my purpose, so 1 ⭐️ |

I paid for the pro features to not have ads, unlimited edits, and the removal of the pixleup logo. However, after purchasing the subscription, the pro benefits did not apply to my account,and the only feedback I received was an apology and statement that pixleup can not make changes to my subscription. Well , paid for the subscriptions and none of the features have been applied. |

Update: They fixed it. I bought a new phone. Having the same problem. Honestly guys, what is so difficult about answering an email to verify a customer? Really though? Another Update: Their other apps have the same issues. Unless they fix this I'm campaigning against them. The customer support is awful. |

You can only animate two people out of picture and they had to have the same animation which in return does it weird looking. I like the concept of the app but it needs improving . The Colorization need find tuning and you cannot do it with the filters that are provided. You've got a good product here keep working on it Because as it is now it's not worth |
