**DO NOT BANK HERE!!** I will never recommend this bank. The app is fine for the most part, but the bank itself charges WAY too many fees and is too dishonest and misleading about said fees when specifically asked.

The menu is a problem but I have worse problem now. I logged into business account and requested they close it. They are currently in the process of closing my personal account. That means no money. When ssdi tries to go to my account it will be bounced back. My utilities are going to get turned off. Late fees disconnect fee and reconnect fee plus I expect this bank to charge me for overdraft fees as all the little things try to get paid. Just don't count on this bank no matter how nice
