Typical clunky app from a small clunky bank. Presentation and design is from 20 years ago. Same goes for their website so no surprise with this app.

My experience with the online mobile app is nothing short of superb the banking app has a messaging feature that has quick responses from actual people, I don't have to go through any stress when using it, it's straight forward and has mobile checking which I literally uploaded my check two hours ago and is already in my account. I love the app.

I absolutely LOVE the card on/off security feature on the app. It makes me feel so much more secure with buying anything online and not having to worry about any type of security breaches, as you can personalize what types of purchases and retailers can be used, and that you can get notifications for ALL purchases, to be certain there's nobody else using my bank account. Customer service for CNB have always been super helpful if ever I have a question or any sort of an issue with anything.

Early 2023 app stopped opening the virt keyboard making it impossible to enter amounts of money. Weird that the virt keyboard still works to login. Called support They said to reinstall the app. I've reinstalled this app 3 or 4 times already Aug 2023 and each reinstall allows the virt keyboard to work for ONE login session on my phone. The second time I login either keying in username and oassword or with fingerprint sensor the virt keyboard refuses to open again. So I have no way to enter data.

Very disappointed that you can't set up payments. There is no payment due date listed on my account. Very disappointed that you have to set up manual transfers. Rather than just make a payment and click a payment button. Normally you would have a payment due date payment amount due and a button that says pay now. Also in my flex equity line apparently when there's an electronic withdrawal there are no details and I was told there are no way to get details.

The total account balance and transaction amount should be in separate columns. Very confusing to have both in the same column. I guess the bank counts on it for bounce check fees.

A persistent problem with transfers between accounts means I have to delete the app, restart my phone, and reinstall the app. And then works for about a week before I can't make a transfer again. I reported this at least three times yet the problem still continues.

*Edit* Works as of 2022, no issues. Ever since this new update I can't log on to the app. No error message, not the wrong login info. Just freezes on the logon screen and goes nowhere.
