| 2024-05-13 |  | | Foothills left a voicemail asking about return mail, left a name and extension. I called back and didn't even do the annoying thing of "call me back" I left the information for the correct address. When I went to pay over the phone my wrong address is still on the account. My account # and the "account #" used to log into the account are 1 digit off. I don't know which number is my actual account number because I have never received any mail.. complete trash |

| 2021-12-23 |  | | The people at Foothills are great but they need to hire someone to revamp their login process. I can never access my account online or via the app. The app never loads & the forgot password portion online autofills multiple different emails at hotmail that are not mine. I've never even registered for a Hotmail account & no one else uses my computer or phone. I'd really like to be able to do online banking with them but it doesn't seem possible until they reexamine their system. |
