Checked for app. To operate my video camera doorbell, was suggested to purchase cloud storage: data backup which I purchased a yearly subscription $31.99 plus tax $4.80 total $36.79. Doesn't work for my video camera doorbell. Now I am being told I can't get a refund when I cancell the subscription because it is no use for my product. I hope the developer of this app. Will help me before I have to get in contact with my bank for the purchase on my visa.
