This is the worst app , i tried putting my number but it shows that the location or service is not working, i tried disabling vpn and install, it doesn't work either

My experience is nothing short of a bitter one and torn relationship with cloud sim customer relationship management I made a complaint about being unable to receive SMS for a sim I paid for, sent 2 follow-up emails still no response from Team Cloud SIM it's been a week now no response from any member of the team, I am shocked at the LEVEL OF IRRESPONSIBILITY shown by whoever runs this service.
