OK app. Works well at reminding of which bins to put out & choice of when to remind the night before. Can report dog fouling & a few litter & noise related issues but needs a road & pavement pothole reporting feature along the same lines adding. Other problems you'd have to go to the councils website. Why are they all not reportable via the app? Might as well just use the website to do it all. Needs better contact options as it only shows a map, address & opening times.

Disappointing. This app worked well for bin collections until we moved home. Now, although our address is recognised on the council website and the test notifications get through OK, I still do not get any notification the day before our bins are to be collected. Very frustrating!!!
