2024-09-09	Alex “Salsa And Chips” Benjamin	Lost my ability to minimize the app. If I switch to another app while on a call- I can hear the call but my microphone is unable to send my voice to the callers until I pull the call/ app back to my screen.
2023-06-15	Christy Yeager	Since the most recent update I need to uninstall and reinstall to make a phone call every single time. In forced to use this app for work purposes but I'm not getting much work done because of this isssue. Update: Submitted a support request, they reached promptly. Walked me through a solution to correcting the issue and so far so good.
2023-04-13	George Fearson	This app is a nuisance. It doesn't allow you to answer when you swipe the answer button. I miss more calls because of it. I then would have to get back on the app to call them back. Calls are dropped even when a strong signal is available. Needs a lot of updates to make this app better.
2023-04-05	Dawn Hastings (Anonymous user)	This app is the worst I've ever used. Trash this thing and go back to the drawing board. 😒 Sometimes it rings and won't give option to answer the call. Sometimes I will get voice-mail but it didn't ring. However, it interferes with my Bluetooth and rings everytime in my car. I hate this app, I feel like wanting to throw my phone out the window. I put it in Do Not Disturb on day off or holiday and the phone doesn't miss a ring. Unbelievable this app is offered for business calls.
2021-12-02	Jesse Cox	This is one of the worst soft phone apps I've ever used. It's completely unreliable. Spent two months trying to troubleshoot this program, but my company eventually moved on to something else. I would never recommend this program to any business that relies on telephone service. It's complete junk and has cost me and my co-workers money due to it sabotaging our ability to make the volume of phone calls needed. NEVER USE THIS APP. Whoever coded this app was clearly the lowest bidder.
2021-11-03	Steven	Garbage! Calls rarely connect regardless of how good my cell signal or my WiFi is. Calls that do connect are usually dropped. Call quality is questionable at best. Often calls are so quiet and/or garbled, that it's impossible to make out what someone is saying. All the mentioned issues occur with inbound or outbound calls. Sometimes, the app doesn't ring until the call is finished and I receive an email notification of a new voicemail in my inbox. UNACCEPTABLE!
2021-09-24	Kathy Kozak	Barely works. I've been using this app since the beginning of the pandemic. While sitting next to the phone waiting for a call, I'll be notified that I missed a call and have a voicemail message. The phone won't even ring. Customer Service is non existent. Most recently, after an apparent update, all incoming caller ID's are listed as "unavailable". I don't expect perfection, but a little customer service would be appreciated.
2021-04-30	Tim C.	Works OK for the most part. A bit unresponsive at times requiring multiple taps to make something happen. Odd bug where deleting a Vm and going to the next message causes the deleted item to begin playing. I prefer to place calls outside of the app to avoid the audio lag. Still, gets the job done.
2020-11-11	Danielle Geissinger	Worst program ever. Have been using since March since our office sent us home to work remotely. It started out fine but these past couple of months have been the worst. Can't get calls, dropped calls, doesn't ring, won't let me answer...you name it, it happens. Have been in contact with customer service and the guy has no idea how the app works. Just keeps telling me to get a headset and use the desktop version. Uh, sorry, not an option for me. They keep pushing out updates that fix nothing.
