User reviews
So far, I am really happy I gave this app a try. It has reduced my doom scrolling to a minimum. I usually spend up to 2 hours of my day (or more) on Instagram, and now it's down to 10 minutes to 20 minutes a day, maximum. This immediate change in habits has also convinced me to pay for the subscription. I was, however, disappointed that the Android version only offers a breathing exercise and not the same as its iOS version (such as push-ups or squats). I do hope this gets added in the future.
