| 2024-12-06 |  | | Had to use the apple version of this app to get the dsp to work correctly. The apple version has settings and pages that the android app is missing. |
| 2023-12-18 |  | | Good at first, I bought the AX-DSP-XL in April of 2021 worked fine w/firmware 2.1 then in December of 2021 there was an app update and that's when it went bad, I lost DSP control everytime I'd open the app all settings would go flat & can't save settings and couldn't get sound if I selected my vehicle type I had to select "General". Tech support and kept saying it was my Note 10+ is why it wasn't working then as of Jan 26 2022 update w firmware 2.7 & I have sound, no saving. It's an app issue. |
| 2023-11-18 |  | | I purchased the lite version (6 channel) for my 2016 Maxima and it did ok... After I bought a 2014 Nissan Maxima SV, with factory bose, I decided to get full version, and it completely sucks!! Constantly cutting out, cannot select vehicle type, only "General". Paid $400 and looks like I wasted my money!! |
| 2023-09-06 |  | | At first it seemed to work, understanding it was a learning experience for me. Since installing in the spring of 2023 it has progressively gotten worse and quite frustrating. As of this moment (September 6th 2023) I can't even connect to it (2 days now). It has been cutting out for a few minutes at a time (even with cold amps) multiple times a day. At times it seems to lose the settings I installed. For the price tag this thing should work flawlessly. Not very happy! |
| 2023-07-19 |  | | THIS APP SUCKS AND SO DOES THE DEVICE! Shuts off randomly, settings don't save and now my truck is no longer on the list of supported vehicles. I paid almost $400 for this thing and it's been nothing but an epic headache. I DO NOT RECCOMEND. |

| 2022-11-08 |  | | This app needs an update! It does not function properly on a galaxy s22 ultra. Instead of giving me 8 tabs to choose in settings it only gives me 4. So I cannot set the crossovers, eq, delay, or anything. Call tech and they tell me the app runs fine. I downloaded it to 3 different android phones and it was the same problem across all 3 devices. Fix this please |
