I have changed my review after banking with them for a while now. You cannot deposit into the ATMs and when their ATMs are out of service and you have to use another ATM not in the network, (very limited on the network as well) they will still charge you a fee and will not refund. Also, any paper transactions requested while in the bank has a $5 service fee if they have to print anything. What are my monthly account fees for? Very inconvenient at times...

Had not done a transfer before, but it was easy even for an old lady. Up UPDATE 6 July 2021: My app has quit working, when I try to open.open it, it goes to a blank page then returns to my home page. Have tried unstalling and reinstlling and restarting my phone, still will not work. HELP Things are working great Just made a transfer GREAT as always. 3 December 2024 Still making transfers, works great.
