Editing it to 3 stars. The VPN itself is still pretty good, though it's got no kill switch feature. Meaning that if the VPN drops, it's not gonna block and prevent your device from accessing the source leading it to your real IP exposure to the source which isn't safe at all if you don't wanna expose your IP. The customer support is being useless since they just ignore any inquiries of incorporating such a feature. It's been a while since I asked them to incorporate such a crucial thing.
