The delivery man literally used abusive words and claimed compensation for his alleged wrong extra items delivery of another order which was not delivered actually. Later, it was discovered by him that he didn't bring those alleged 'delivery items' from his office. He misbehaved with my wife and used bad words as he suspected that my wife 'stole' his extra delivered items, which actually he didn't deliver. While complained, they justtold me that he was new and not trained well! This is the care!
