Without any way of cancelling the order, I just ended up losing money. EDIT: I filled the form provided by customer service and nothing happened. Then I tried placing an order in Dwarka and the app placed it at Nehru Place instead. This is the most wrong the location has ever been. |

The quality of bun maska was also very poor. I had to spend 40 minutes with swiggy agents to get my refund and explain my issue. Chaayos is extremely high priced and offer sub standard food. I will never use Chaayos or swiggy ever again. |
