Actually thr app is very useful for the people who is difficult to contact with the distribution center. But there are so many defect I found. When I was tried to file a complaint or to send a message, we cannot able to type our message. There only few fixed options. You can set fixed questions or reasons for filing a complaint. But there should be a contact us page for easily communication. It could be very useful for the isers

I don't know how this app got 4+*, really wrost app, they maintain lot of unusefull options, but don't fine any kind of download previous invoices and cancelling the booked cylinder kind of options.
