2024-07-11	laney rinehart	Won't save log in even after selected, i have to get a new password every single use, over all C&F sucks. Had a car loan from them for 4 months. Apparently I've been behind the whole time and never knew it as communication from them is a nightmare. Making a payment and knowing when and how much is just as bad.
2023-04-28	Donnie Young	Same as a lot of other folks. The app worked great for a couple of years. About 2 months ago I started getting an "ERROR" message in a pop up and a phone number to call. They claimed my phone was no longer supported by the app or something. Same as others I can log in online. My app is up to date. Please.fix this problem.
2023-01-31	Sean Bartgis	The app worked ok when I first signed up. I've always had issues getting into the app. I can use the web page but that's silly. Also I try to send the text to validate and it never gets sent.
2023-01-30	Patty Tunstall	It's been great using the app to handle transfers & everyday banking. I used the phone several times a week to keep my accounts balanced. Now all I do is log on & everything's at my fingertips. I don't have to call or wait until the bank opens to speak with someone!! Not that I don't like speaking or seeing them, everyone at the Cumberland Branch are always very professional, friendly, & helpful. It's especially nice to have on holidays, weekends & when you're out of town! Thanks Everyone!!!
2022-07-10	NO BODY	This app is so secure it constantly locks me out. Crashes every other day with a message for me to first go online and set my security settings. Even after doing that it still locks me out next day again.
2022-05-05	Courtney Blankenship	The application only works 5% of the time. The other 95% we have to use webpage instead of the app and have someone call us with a code we have to write down and then transfer into the phone each and every time we want to look at our accounts. Its very frustrating. We have brought this problem to the bank and they say there is nothing they can do. I have been through three phones in the last 1.5 years and it has never worked well on my phone or my husband's phone. Please fix this.
2022-04-30	Jessica Frayser	This app is so convenient and easy to use! It does have the occasional hang-up that causes it to fail when logging in or is unable to verify credentials. More often than not if I close it several times and keep trying, things will open up.
2022-02-13	Carol Chandler	At first I loved this app much better than my other bank's app. It was easier to deposit checks & pay bills online. Now, it won't even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still will not open. My phone updated perhaps this is the trouble?
