| 2024-09-01 |  | | Worst banking app(s) out there. The reviews don't matter because if you have an account with CFCU you'll be stuck trying to navigate two apps. One to deposit checks and mangae accounts and the other to pay bills. Good luck. I'd pick a different bank if you're shopping for banks based solely on how bad these two apps are. |

| 2023-08-07 |  | | This is my least favorite banking app. If I can login without having to change my password, it does allow me to do all the basic stuff a banking app should do. The layout is strange. I often accidentally logout when I just meant to change pages, etc. Generally I avoid using the app unless I'm desperate, and honestly have migrated most of my banking away from CFCU due to the inconveniences of the whole institution/app/cust svc etc. |
| 2023-06-24 |  | | Couldn't read my finger print once and then wouldn't let me log in again. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app, won't let me log in the my fingerprint anymore but everytime I try and log in it bugs out and won't let me in. Possibly the worst functioning app I have ever used. |
| 2023-06-17 |  | | It's pretty good, but my primary use of the app is depositing checks on occasion. I rate that function 2 stars because it takes pictures before i even get the phone positioned. Then I have to try 2 or 3 more times for each side. When i use the Citizens bank app for the same function, it doesn't snap the picture until its software determines that everything is lined up correctly. |

It isn't the best mobile banking app out there but it certainly has come a long way for a small local credit union. I appreciate the ease of deposits and transfer between accounts both within the bank and with my business bank. It would be nice to be able to auto deposit to the CD account but I may just need technical assistance to figure that out. |
