| 2024-11-10 |  | | Originally I loved this app. However, since I bought a new phone, I have lost all of my paid premium features. But now the biggest problem is that the music used to make YouTube videos from their library is all causing copyright claims on my youtube channel all of a sudden. These are videos that have been out for years. Now, I get claims all of the time. This app is of no use to make youtube videos any longer. Or 4k videos since the features are gone. |
| 2024-10-01 |  | | So, I have the pro or payed version of this app. And originally, gave this app 5 stars, but as I've been using it more intensively. There are alot of glitches. When I freeze a part of the video to highlight something, it minimizes the frozen picture automatically. Text captions that I add, will just randomly disappear when I go to save the video. A little annoying.. Especially the freeze frame, picture minimizing. Get that figured out, please. Then I will edit my rating. |

I spent 2 days making a great video for my sons 21st birthday and it wouldnt export. I made it again, still wouldnt export. Very disappointing and frustrating. No one responded to my inquiries wither time. Waste of money |

After hours of work, several projects now gone...edited on a tiny phone screen, because this app still isn't available on desktop. I had paid for the full version, don't think that transfered to my new phone. When the app Works and SAVES MY WORK, it's great. But I've learned the hard way-- just now losing my latest project, and being prompted for a review! I'll be trying something else, hopefully better! |

Another complaint being there's no option to zoom in or out at a certain pace. Final complaint, I dunno if I can move segments of the video around... thanks |
| 2024-05-06 |  | | Not good. I'm rating it 2 stars because for a very long time, it's been great. It's gone wayyyyy downhill. One of the biggest problems is the video/audio syncing errors. While editing on the app, it works totally fine. But right as yoy save the video to your device, the audio is EXTREMELY delayed compared to the video (I'm talking a good 3 seconds behind) and I need this problem to be fixed. I would save your money and get a better editing app. |

The app got glitchy and wouldn't complete it after it was about 70% done, and would exit me out of the page and sometimes even out of the app-after I had waited about 45 mins for the export, without turning my phone off or switching tabs. I hate the feedback page as well. All the responses were auto-generated, and worse, the system kept saying: "Ok, we got it. We will handle it quickly." It doesn't even make sense, do you have the video or not? |

Also it is nice if you uninstall the app it will save your projects. My biggest problem is you can shorten how long the picture for only a certain amount which is problem when I try to sync my drawings with the music and the music's very fast. |

This will make it much faster for making lyrics for music video. - Can we change the Text caption animation after the fact? Once the Text caption placed, we can't change the animation to other one. Overall, it's worth the money to get the Pro version. Thank you. |

But as a user I do gotta say that the factor of ads and cutoff options unless you pay is a little annoying. Like, make me WANT to buy, not anxiety to buy. Aside from that one small thing, this app gives sooo many options and above average editorial options allowing creatives create more fluidly; in my opinion. I LOVE it! No joke, this app does rock. It's useful for so many occasions; serious or jokes use, or anything. |
