| 2024-01-12 |  | | I deal with four banks. They all have apps. Century savings Bank has been trying to fix their app since I did my banking with them. One of the reasons I ended my banking with them was because of the almost impossible day-to-day accessibility to my funds and resources through this terrible application. If you're looking for a bank with easy access, this is not it. |

| 2023-03-02 |  | | I'm not sure what's happened since this app was updated but the biometric sign in only pops up when it feels like it. And when I type my password in it tells me it's the wrong password then locks me out of the app so I have to call the bank to get it unlocked. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and had to redo the biometrics each time. |
| 2023-02-18 |  | | App works great for every day banking needs. I love that it lets you deposit checks by taking photos with a smart phones. When doing this, the app will over ride the phones volume settings and play loud beeps and a loud camera shutter sound when taking pictures of the front and back of the checks. This uneccessary sound option needs to be disabled. Or add a menu setting to allow user control over it. No app should play sound while defaulted to your phones loudest possible volume level. |
