No remote and hard to figure out how to change colors. The older version is much brighter. I'm probably going to return store, unless I can figure out to make changes to color.

Horrible. The app and light have a mind of its own. Constantly finding my light on when I turned it off. The light constantly doesn't respond. If you do get connected and adjust any settings the lamp locks up and doesn't stick to its schedule and stays on all night and harms my plants. Cloud mode at the lowest intensity is very abrupt. It goes from full brightness to complete blackness and back in ten seconds in jerky increments. Who would want to look at that? Very unhappy.
