I can view my account's transactions and I can photo deposit checks but I can't do anything about fraud status or debit card status or hold auto payments when I'm in a pinch. When a debit card is deactivated automatically because of a false fraud alert I can't do anything about that through the app I have to wait for operating hours to talk to someone and that's a pain when you're waiting at a grocery checkout unable to pay and holding up the line. |

When I changed phones and laptop ,CBT didn't recognize the new devices so I had to show it was OK to use them. A safety feature that's fine with me. I really like the quickness of doing a transfer online too. |

| 2022-07-27 |  | | Never had an issue with this app until Dec 1st 2021. Now it says i have no internet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still the same thing! I really need this app so please fix!! As of July 26, 2022 its like Russian Roulette on if ill be able to log in or not. Looking for a new bank. |

This used to be a great app until you started not allowing USB debugging to be turned on. Now because of this app if something happens to my phone and it has I can't get into my phone to get all of my information off of it because this one app wouldn't allow for USB debugging to leave on. You are affecting everybody's entire life because of your one requirement. |

Don't change phones you won't be able to access your account. A year later from my 1st review and the app is still trash! |
