Running on Android, it doesn't let me choose a language so I cannot proceed using the app.

One of the worst apps i have ever used! Period! Every time i have to raise a job on it, it won't recognize my login, it just sits there with a blank screen and doesn't login, doesn't do anything...As soon as i re-download it and install again, it works straight away! In case you're wondering, i am clearing out my cache and login preferences on my phone each and every time. It just simply doesn't want to work more than once, something's way wrong with this app for the Android users...
