The employee will automatically activate your quarta without further explaining and send you load using quarta so you have no choice but to spend it because the app won't let you pay if you didn't spend larger amount. So I you have no choice but to spend it. Every time I pay the minimum due in quarta it keeps on deducting and turn back to zero again if you past due you need to pay penalty 100 per day, seriously what a scumbag, there's a lot of penalty and so on I will pay it full and report
