2025-01-14	Amanda Noname	Well everything was good great! Been using it for a few months with very little issue. Went to cash out the other day and it's STILL pending. No way to contact anyone. All it says is "processing should take 1-2 minutes maybe a little longer". 2 days isn't "a little longer". Normally I don't have any issues with this app. This, however is a big one. It took my points and won't give me my payout. The 2 smaller payouts went through just fine that I did AFTER that one.
2024-12-10	Crystal Camp	I've been playing a month or so now. I've collected 1-$10 deposit to my PayPal, but I've still been waiting on my second successfull $10, I've been waiting for days, and a couple of my games should have progressed to the next level but it still shows I have to complete, Other than that this app is definitely legit. And rather fun games. Games I probably wouldnt have chosen if not for the app! And I don't like there is noone to contact in these situations.
2024-12-08	Andy Quek	app is okay, but points needed to cash out is wayy too much for a small payout, also the game does not track all the time and has to retrack the time sometimes which is very annoying, dont expect to make a lot from the app however it does payout indeed and its rather instant which is good. Only way to earn the points is through games on the offer wall, very limited and becomes boring after some time, please lower the threshold or increase coins!
2024-12-08	Cassandra Karla Suarez	what happen to the new updated app? 😤 it causes inconvenience since it becomes difficult in navigating and earning coins/points. I'm okay tho, with the old one. this is very disappointing. Please if you wanna update it make it more better and excellent not making it downgraded. If there is 0 I'll definitely rate this as 0/5 stars. Luckily there's none so I'm gonna rate it 1.
2024-11-30	Rebecca Yager	If I could give it 0 stars I would. It stopped at 42% for a penny. I have completed multiple games and levels, and it's not keeping track. Yet they go to the completed section? And one game isn't even completing the level. Emailed support twice. Will not continue to waste my time, if support doesn't fix this soon!
2024-11-29	Marcia Thompson	I like the selection of games, your payouts are fast and with no hassle, but the longer I play the slower the points are earned. I downloaded new games to see if this would help, I even spent a whole day playing one game to see how many points I would get and the results were horrible. I would love to continue using your app, but my timer and your timer don't calculate the same time spent playing.
2024-11-27	Patricia Ihne	It took me months & months to get a balance of almost $2.76, & few nights ago I couldn't find CashDay on my phone so reinstalled it, & even though it has all the apps I downloaded.for.CashDay, I lost all my points. I almost had enough for $2.76, but had to restart at 0 so I feel cheated especially since my Completed Game Apps were all still listed but the amount I had from playing for months&months was stolen cuz there's no trace of my $2.76 balance. I'm beyond frustrated. JustPlay pays better!!
2024-11-19	Christine Theunissen	I love this app, enjoy every minute of it, however it crashed and I had to uninstall and reinstall it on my device. Now I lost All my accumulated points and boxes and have to start from scratch again. I can't even link it to my Google account to try and recover the lost points. I am starting to think that when this app reaches a certain amount of time spent on it, it needs to reset and users end up starting from point zero again.
2024-11-18	Josh Johnson	Great app used alot pays out truelly aswell only problem is right now that on the load up screen I just get a white line even when I restart the app aswell please fix the issue can send picture if required hope you can resolve the problem quickly as had to uninstall and reinstall the app and I've now lost all of my progress aswell and everything I've worked for 😤🙄 still waiting on a reply from you and still nothing I've lost all my progress aswell and games not good enough atm please fix this
2024-11-17	Jason VanDyke	Was almost to 10 dollars to payout then app wouldn't load. Tried force stop still nothing so I un-installed and reinstalled now it works shows the history of all the games I played but lost all points and it is starting me all over. How can it keep what games I played and points I won but loose it when it comes to payout I spent soooo much time building those points up
